  paid for sitting room carpet stairs and landing and vinyl for kitchen a month before I wanted it fitting so plenty of time for them to get organised, but when the day came the fitter turned up and only had carpet but no vinyl said there was no vinyl to pick up and his work mate didn't do Saturdays , phoned shop they said it would be sorted what a load of rubbish eventually later on the day he text to say it he would sort it for as soon as possible , text on Monday someone would be out to do it after 2pm so I took the afternoon off work self employed myself and lost earnings , kept on texting to try and get a time and all he said was someone was definitely coming out and don't worry, didn't have the decency to phone , 5pm no one ,6pm still no one 7pm still none until we got a phone call from the fitter 7.30pm who said he was still not finished and could we make it the next night, now I'm not blaming the fitter its there busiest time of year but who I'm blaming is the shop they took the money but could not organise something that was 4weeks in advance felt they just took the money and couldn't give a monkey I've been to lots of different carpet shops over the years and never had a problem even had 1 person do it on new years eve , I will definitely be keeping away from this shop and advise everyone else to do the same if I could give zero stars I would
