- Jason Hagan Review added: 2018.01.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service. They ruined my wedding ring by reducing the size instead of making it larger when they sent it off for me. They showed no empathy and were extremely condescending. Nobody would take responsibility and the store manager Miriam was the most patronising person I have spoken to in a long time. And to top it off thentried tonsay they “couldn’t find” the paper work and images that clearly show the original size of the ring when it was sent off. I will never use this company again and suggest you do the same.
