  I went to the Riverview Health Center in Sunderland last year in February, regarding a mole, which was extremely inflamed (most likely infected).
  
  I went two times in the hospital and had to wait 2 weeks to actually get a proper appointment with the GP. I asked to get referred to a dermatologist but the GP refused to do at first because he said it's nothing to worry about. He prescribed me basically 'hand cream' to put on my mole two times a day, which didn't help at all.
  
  Few weeks later, a lump developed under my mole and I demanded several times that I need to see a dermatologist and the GP told me I had to wait minimum of 3 months for just an appointment with the dermatologist. Once I threatened him with court, he somehow managed to get me an appointment with a local dermatologist just the week after our appointment. The dermatologist basically told me the same thing, that I don't need to worry about anything and that there's no lump, even if there was.
  
  Once I got back to my country in June, the dermatologist said that lump is a cyst and should be removed along with the mole, otherwise it could make another problem, i.e. get inflamed and infected. Thankfully, the dermatologist removed the mole and the cyst under just few days after our initial appointment.
  
  I'll never recommend to any future student the Riverview Health Center in Sunderland as long as I know people going to study Sunderland. The GPs, Nurses and especially the Receptionist treat you very disrespectfully and make you wait 1 week for an appointment intentionally, even if the GPs are free and rest their feet in their office.
